When you receive an email containing attachments (images, videos, PDFs, etc.), those attachments will be accessible through links in the comments.
When you open an attachment, we first verify your viewing rights. If you're not logged into Slap, we'll prompt you to do so. This ensures your attachments are securely stored and accessible only to authorized users.
If you encounter an error while trying to open an attachment, it likely means you lack the necessary access rights. In this case, make sure you're logged into Slap with a user account that's listed in the workspace's user list on Slap. For more information about user management, click here.
