To allow users to view the attachments contained in the emails and to reply to emails from Notion, you need to grant them access.

For this, connect to your slap account (app.getslap.co) and then:

• Go to Users > Add a New User.
• You’ll see a list of your Notion users displayed as vignettes (with their avatar and names).
  • If the Notion user you want to authorize appears in this list, select them.
  • If they’re not listed, it likely means they’re a guest in your Notion workspace. In this case, use the email input field below the list to manually add their email address.
• Once you’ve selected all the users you wish to authorize, click “Add Selected User(s)” to complete the process.

You can revoke access at any time by returning to Users > Action: Delete.
