Intro

Notion is great for managing dev tasks, but sharing a roadmap with your users is limited. "Share to web" exposes everything - you can't choose which tasks to show, which properties to hide, or let users vote. This template gives you a clean roadmap structure in Notion. Pair it with SlapPortal to share it externally with full control.

How it works

Views

• All tasks - Every task, including internal ones. Your team's working view
• Roadmap - Filtered to tasks with "Show on roadmap" checked, grouped by status. This is what your users would see
• Contacts - All contacts and their voted features

Task properties

• Show on roadmap - Checkbox that controls which tasks are meant for your shared roadmap
• Status - Workflow stages from Backlog to Done
• Type - Feature, Bug, Improvement, or Tech debt
• Area - Product area (Campaigns, Analytics, Integrations, etc.)
• Voters - Relation to contacts who voted for this task
• Votes - Rollup counting the number of voters

Contacts database

• Links to Product Tasks via the Voted features relation
• You can delete it or replace it with your existing contacts database
