About this template:

• Contacts database
  • From a Contact, you can easily access its related Leads by using the tab Associated Leads.
• Leads database
  • Contact email(s), Thread ID , Open in Mailbox and Last Email Date are useful if you use Slap to sync your emails with Notion and, in that case, are populated automatically.
• Automations and formulas
  • On the Leads, there is an automation to automatically setup a Follow up Date 7 days after the Last Email Date . You can easily customize this automation to fit your needs. The Follow up Date is recomputed when the Last Email Date changes.
  • The Expected revenue is computed by multiplying the Deal Value with the Probability to Win the deal. It is used to help you focus on the most important opportunities.
• Ongoing Leads view
  • The leads are sorted by Expected revenue so you can focus on the most important ones.
• Follow Up view
  • This view is focused on actions to do. It shows the leads assigned to you for which you have a follow up to do (based on the Follow up Date property). </aside>
