If you're replying from Notion but your reply isn't logged in the comments, check if there are two Notion pages with the same Thread ID. This can happen in two scenarios:

• You manually changed the Thread ID
• You restored a deleted page while another page with the same Thread ID had already been recreated (due to sending or receiving a new email in that thread)

If this is the case, check your mailbox. The email has been sent, but the reply is logged on the other Notion page with the matching Thread ID. To avoid inconsistencies, don't keep two Notion pages with identical Thread IDs.
