Ensure you're checking the correct Notion Database
From Slap, navigate to "Notion Database" and use the provided link to confirm you're sending your emails to the intended database.
Are comments active in your database? More information here.
Have you checked for any filters in your database that might be hiding new emails?
Does Slap have access to that Notion database? More information here.
Is the correct mailbox connected to the right Notion database?
In Slap, go to "Synced mailboxes" and verify that the appropriate mailbox is linked to the correct Notion database.
